About Me

With over a decade dedicated to the teachings of yoga, my journey into this ancient practice has been profound and transformative. It began in the heart of New York City, where I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Pure Yoga. I then went on to study Classical Hatha under my primary teacher, Yogi Charu. Since then, I've had the privilege of sharing yoga in many locations such as NYC, Texas, Hawaii, and Seattle. I currently reside in Los Angeles, offering weekly classes to the vibrant Venice Community.

My approach to yoga is eclectic, drawing from a rich tapestry of traditions. I've immersed myself in the study of Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin, as well as Meditation and Breathwork. My background as an Occupational Therapist complements my yoga instruction, providing me with a nuanced understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics. This unique blend of expertise allows me to offer classes that are not only spiritually elevating but also physically nurturing and safe. Each class I lead is a synthesis of my years of study, practice, and deep passion for the transformative power of yoga. My classes are challenging and fun. They are open to all levels, with options for modifications as well as advanced variations. I combine elements of classical hatha, vinyasa, and aim to have you leaving your mat smiling.

Outside the yoga studio, I enjoy playing and listening to music, exploring nature, and being upside down. Additionally, I am deeply engaged in the web3 and crypto realm, passionately working towards crafting a more decentralized future. You can see some of my work here.
